Işıl Tamer

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Dokuz Eylül University, Işıl Tamer has built a 22-year career in the fashion and retail industries, holding senior management positions at established brands including Inditex, DeFacto, Dagi, and Beymen across both national and international markets. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in sales strategy, commercial operations, business development and growth, team leadership, and client relationship management.

As Global Sales Director at Casa Massal, she leads the company’s global sales structure, investor relations, and sales team coordination. From the initial consultation through to the investment decision, she ensures that investor needs are accurately assessed, suitable programs and investment alternatives are presented, and the process is closely and consistently followed up.

With her strong leadership experience and client-focused approach, she contributes to maintaining continuous investor communication, enhancing service standards, and supporting Casa Massal’s growth across international markets.
