Legal basis
Necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Measurement cookies rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)).
Transfers abroad
Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation may process measurement data in the United States. Transfers to the US take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; for transfers from Türkiye, your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9 is the basis.
Retention
Each cookie is kept for the period shown in the list above and is then deleted by your browser. Measurement data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and in Microsoft Clarity for up to 13 months.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 and KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and request data portability. Write to contact@casamassal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Spanish AEPD, the Portuguese CNPD or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
Browser settings
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work.
