Privacy Policy
This text is a draft. The final version will be published once approved by legal counsel.
This notice explains what personal data Casa Massal processes, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
What data is processed
The name, email address, telephone number and optional note you submit through the conversation request form. The address of the page the form was sent from is recorded so that we understand the context of the request.
For spam protection a temporary technical record is kept. It contains an irreversible hash rather than the IP address itself and is deleted automatically after a short period.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to respond to your request and to communicate with you during the process. Sending informational emails requires separate consent; without it, no marketing message is sent.
Retention
Records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the limitation periods required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Sharing
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Where a law firm, bank or authority needs information to progress your file, it is shared with your knowledge and limited to what the process requires.
Transfers abroad
Because processes run across several countries, transfers to institutions abroad may be necessary. These are made with the safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for corrections, request erasure, object to processing and request portability. Contact details are on the contact page.
