Investment model
Fund investment abroad
What a fund is, who supervises it and how capital comes back out. The structure itself, independent of any residency programme.
Structure
A fund pools contributions from several investors and is run by an authorised manager within limits set out in its constitutional documents. Those limits are both a protection and a constraint for the investor.
Supervision by a securities regulator means reporting and transparency obligations. It does not mean the capital is protected or that any outcome is assured.
