Hilal Şenkaya Sánchez Villena

A graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Hilal has also completed the MBA programme in Business Management at IBMI Berlin. She has over 20 years of experience in management, international operations and business coordination, including her professional background at globally recognised companies such as Inditex and Uniter.

Having developed extensive knowledge across European and Middle Eastern investment and residency markets, she brings a cross-border perspective to evaluating opportunities and guiding investors towards solutions aligned with their financial objectives, family priorities and long-term plans. Her regular presence across the firm’s key markets has enabled her to build a first-hand understanding of local investment environments, residency frameworks and investor expectations.

As Partner and COO, she leads Casa Massal’s operational strategy and investor experience, overseeing the coordination of complex cross-border processes across legal, financial and investment teams. She combines international market knowledge with a highly considered and investor-focused approach, contributing to the firm’s service standards and continued development across multiple jurisdictions.
